Charles Dalrymple-Hay
Charles started his real estate career in the mid 1970's analysing property stocks while working in stock broking in London and Sydney. He joined Knight Frank in the early 1980's, qualifying as a valuer and subsequently becoming Director, Investments, before leaving to establish his own real estate consultancy practice, and founding Guardian Global Systems in the year 2000. Charles is a non-executive director of Northbourne, based in Sydney.
He enjoys a passion for sailing and represented Australia in the Admirals Cup on several occasions contesting many epic Sydney to Hobart classics in the redoubtable maxi yacht "Ragamuffin".
