7 Macquarie Place, located near Sydney's bustling Circular Quay district, was developed by Northbourne in a Joint Venture with City Mutual Insurance (Capita) which later became part of the Lend Lease Group. Comprising 165,000 sq ft of Grade 'A' commercial office space with retail to the lower levels, this prime development was valued at over A$175 million on completion and sold by Northbourne to Schroeders Property Fund following completion.
